This was a great one recommended by a friend! Identify your signature strengths and bring them into play in as many ways as you can. It's one of the dullest, most uninspirational leadership books you'll come across. I love books about personality, birth order, etc! When Now Discover Your Strengths was published in 2001 we had the entire development office staff go through the assessment.
